1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "phfhun" / "Platform" — refers to the phfhun online casino and sports betting platform accessible at phfhun.net, including all its games, promotions, tools, and services.
• "Player" / "User" / "Account Holder" — any person who has registered a verified account on the phfhun platform and is aged 21 years or above.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the phfhun platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phfhun. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

Before Real Money Play is enabled on your account, phfhun is required by PAGCOR regulations to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. You will be asked to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID)
• A selfie holding your ID for liveness verification
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate) where required

phfhun reserves the right to suspend or close any account where KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, or where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phfhun are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). phfhun does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion fees are charged by the platform (though your payment provider may apply their own fees).

Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and QR Ph. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts using GCash or Maya, and within 1–3 banking days for bank transfer methods (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 12 hours subject to blockchain confirmation times.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to applicable Wagering Requirements being met in full prior to the withdrawal request.
• phfhun does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• phfhun reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if KYC verification is outstanding or if there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

5Bonuses & Promotions

phfhun offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

• Each bonus promotion specifies its own Wagering Requirement (commonly expressed as "XxBonus" or "Xb+d"), minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, validity period, and maximum withdrawal cap. These specific terms take precedence over general bonus rules where there is a conflict.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses credited to your account must be wagered in full before any real-money withdrawal can be processed from that account.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud & Chargebacks — filing false payment disputes, initiating unauthorized chargebacks, or using stolen or unauthorized payment credentials to fund a phfhun account.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or tournament on the phfhun platform.
• Bonus Abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, or using automated scripts to exploit promotional terms.
• Automated Play — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the phfhun platform in place of a human player.
• Money Laundering — using the phfhun platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Minors Gambling — allowing or facilitating access to the phfhun platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Account Sharing — sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to play on your registered phfhun account.

8Responsible Gaming

9Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phfhun platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the phfhun platform without the prior written consent of phfhun.

10Limitation of Liability

12Amendments to These Terms
